Santosh Mammen founded Apiary Technologies in Chennai in 2016 with one belief: the offshore engineering model was producing consistently poor results not because Indian engineers could not perform, but because the model itself was broken.
After 30 years of building product teams and offshore development centres for multinational corporations across healthcare, enterprise software, financial services, and SaaS, Santosh had seen every failure mode. He built Apiary against every one of them.
